Software Installation Issues
We will make sure that you will be able to install your
Sahara Software product and enjoy it.
You might be facing installation difficulties for several
reasons. Here are some hints that we hope will be helpfull:
1. Close all applications/programs in the taskbar, then try
installing the program.
2. At the bottom right of your screen, what are the
applications that are running in the tray bar (small icons)?
One of these apps is possibly causing this message. Please
close these apps by clicking the right mouse key or the left
mouse key on these icons, then try the installation again.
3. If the above does not solve the issue, please try the
following:
- When you turn on your PC, press F8 (function key) a
couple of times.
- You should get a menu to select how you want to boot,
please choose safe mode.
- Now try the installation, this should fix the issue.
