| What is the SaharaSoftware.com New Age Affiliate Program? | The SaharaSoftware.com New Age Affiliate Program offers Affiliates a chance to sell New Age software to their visitors, earn money and increase traffic on their Web site. As an Affiliate, you can earn referral fees by linking to our New Age Store Front. Sahara Software handles all the Order Processing, Customer Service, Product Fulfillment and recording while you sit back and earn referral fees. |
| How much will I earn? | Affiliates earn 10 percent of gross sales on downloadable (ESD) software products. You earn referral fees on all qualifying sales except those that are returned by customers. Gross sale is defined as money collected from sales of product minus returns. Referral fees will not be paid on sales tax charges. |
| Do I need a minimum number of orders to qualify or be paid? | We pay referral fees for all products that you sell to customers you refer. Using your unique Affiliate Code we track your sales. On the 30th of each month, or the last day of February, all accounts are reviewed for the previous month and we issue checks for Affiliate members who have earned more than $10.00 in referral fees. If your account has earned less than $10.00, we will carry your credit forward and issue you a check when you have earned $10.00 or more. |
| How much does it cost? | Nothing! There are no membership or application fees and no minimum monthly sales requirements. |
| How do you track sales? | When visitors to your Web site click on the SaharaSoftware.com links you provide, we track their visit to our store. Whether you link to our Home Page, or a specific product we can suggest which areas would be of the most interest to your visitors. While at SaharaSoftware.com, customers can add any title to their shopping cart, return to the store to shop for more software titles or browse through the SaharaSoftware.com catalogue. When ready to purchase, customers simply press the "buy" button to order product online. SaharaSoftware.com will send customers an email confirming their order, as well as handle the order fulfillment and any other Customer Service needs. The software download and payment fulfillment are handled by NetSales, one of Sahara Software's main Internet distributors. |
| How will I receive sales information? | Every 30th day of the month, you'll receive a report (for the previous month) detailing how each of your links is doing. You'll always know which products are selling and which are not. You'll know how much you've earned in referral fees, and we're always here to help when you have questions. We will send you a referral fee check for the applicable referral fee and a statement of customer purchase activity approximately around the 30th day of each month, or the last day of February, for generated sales of the previous month. Amounts less than $10.00 will be held until the next payment period in which the referral fee due exceeds $10.00, or until this agreement is canceled. |
| Does my Web site qualify for the Affiliate Program? | We welcome all sites, large and small, to apply for the SaharaSoftware.com New Age Affiliate Program. We will accept any Web site that meets our content criteria. SaharaSoftware.com will not accept Web sites that promote unlawful activities; promote violence; promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; contain content that is threatening, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent or harassing; violate intellectual property rights; promote the use of bulk email or Spam; promote the use of multi-level marketing (MLM); contain adult content. |

| May I purchase software through my links for my own personal use? | According to our Operating Agreement, we do not pay referral fees for personal orders. The SaharaSoftware.com New Age Affiliate Program is designed to help you earn money and add value to your Web site by selling software to your site visitors. The program is not designed to discount software. |
| Do I need to provide customer service? | No, Sahara Software will provide all Order Processing and Customer Service for your visitors with the help of NetSales.net. |
| May I join other New Age software Affiliate programs? | Yes, although that might increase confusion with your site visitors. You should choose the program that pays you the highest commissions, provides your visitors with the best customer experience and inventory to help you sell the most New Age software. |
| Do I control the design of my store? | Yes, you control the design, navigation and editorial content for your software store. Only when customers link to a product page or Product Center do SaharaSoftware.com New Age Store Front pages appear. |
| What are my linking options? | You have a number of linking options. You may choose to link to our entire inventory of software products, or you may link to those products you want to offer. | Will SaharaSoftware.com supply me with logos, cover art or reviews? | Yes. Use the SaharaSoftware.com logos on your Web site to show your visitors that you're a SaharaSoftware.com New Age Affiliate member. We are unable to grant permission for you to use product cover art and externally written reviews on Affiliate sites. You are fully responsible for ensuring that your Web site does not violate copyright, trademark and other laws. |
| How many software titles can I list? | You may offer the entire Sahara Software.com inventory to your visitors. You may also decide to feature specific products you want, depending on the preference and interest of your customers. |
| How and when may I change software titles? | You may change software titles at any time. You can test new products to gauge their popularity with your visitors. Simply insert a link to the product that you want to add and remove the old link from your site. We will track sales of any new software you offer by using your unique Affiliate code. |
| May I list software prices? | We recommend that you do not list prices on your site. We often change our prices to continue to provide customers with the best value which may cause the prices you list to be outdated. Displaying incorrect prices could result in confused and unsatisfied customers. |
| May I take an order directly from my site? | To ensure that your visitors receive the most accurate and up-to-date information, we require Affiliates to use the SaharaSoftware.com ordering system. |
| Where is my Affiliate code in the URL? | Please note that when a customer clicks on your link to our site, your Affiliate code will no longer be visible in the URL. Don't worry - you are still receiving referral fees to your account! Our system reads your Affiliate code number automatically and begins tracking your sale |
